Mizuna

1/2 lb bundle of our green or red (Ruby Streaks) Mizuna which is an Asian mustard green.  Mizuna is a tasty addition to any mixed salad!  The leaves are fringed and leafy. These greens have a flavor profile that is something between mustard and arugula (less of a bite than arugula).  Mizuna can be steamed, stir-fried or used to complement other greens mixed together for a salad.
