Red Russian Kale

1/2 lb bundle of our freshly harvested Red Russian kale.This is a flat leaf kale with reddish-purple, dark green leaves that resemble oak leaves. Red Russian kale has a mild nutty flavor that is slightly sweet and earthy with a tender texture.  Russian kale is especially good in a salad due to its sweet, mild flavor and tender texture.
