Japanese Mustard Greens (Red Mizuna)

1/2 lb bundle of our Red Mizuna Japanese Mustard Greens.    These greens are a tasty addition to any mixed salad!  The Mizuna leaves are fringed and delicate in appearance with a flavor similar to arugula. If you choose to cook these tender greens, lightly steam or saute them.  Onions, leeks, garlic and sesame or olive oil pair well with the flavor of Japanese mustard greens.
