We are offering a few of these birds for preorder. They are being sold for $25 for a whole dressed bird. These birds will be available fresh on the week of November 10th and we plan for them to weigh in at least 5 lbs dressed.

bOur birds are being raised on pasture in portable shelters allowing them to feast on grasses and plenty of insects as well as being fed a custom locally sourced ration from the Gold City Feed Mill. These birds are raised with love and are encouraged to express their “chickenness” (as Joel Salatin would say) as much as possible while staying protected from all the predators we have in our area in their electrified netting which we move every other day on the farm.
